We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it. The written confirmation and trip documents you receive when you book always take priority over anything on this website.
Prices & availability
Prices shown are "from" prices per person, based on two people sharing, and are in US dollars. They are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed in writing. Airfares included in flight trip prices are based on departures from Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston, and may vary for other airports. Mistakes happen: if a price on the website is clearly wrong, we're not obliged to honor it, but we'll tell you before you pay.
Itineraries can change
Itineraries describe what we plan to do. Weather, road and trail conditions, park and attraction schedules, festival programs, wildlife, local events and supplier changes can all mean the plan has to change, sometimes on the day. Your leader will always make the best decision they can for the safety and enjoyment of the group.
Nature doesn't take bookings
We describe things like the northern lights, wildflower blooms, cherry blossoms, wildlife sightings, river crossings during migration, balloon launches and clear mountain views. We plan our trips for the best chance of seeing them, but none of these can be guaranteed, and no refund is due if nature doesn't cooperate.
Photographs
Photos on this website are used to show the destinations we visit. Unless they're specifically labeled otherwise, they are licensed stock images, not photos of WeSellATour groups, and they may show a place in different weather, light or seasons than you'll experience on your trip.
Past trip journals
Our past trip journals are written by our trip leaders and describe one specific departure as they experienced it. Travelers are not named, and some details are shortened for readability. A past trip is not a promise that a future trip will have the same weather, sightings, hotels or experiences. Numbers in the journals, like the miles driven or the number of species counted, are the leader's informal tally, not official figures.
Not professional advice
Anything we say about passports, visas, vaccinations, altitude, health, fitness, safety or insurance is general information only, aimed at US citizens. It is not legal, medical or financial advice. Entry rules and health recommendations change. Always check official sources like the US Department of State and the CDC, and talk to your own doctor before you travel.
Physical activity & risk
Travel involves some risk, especially in remote areas, at high altitude, around wild animals, near water, and on hikes or uneven ground. By joining a trip, you accept the risks normally associated with the activities described, and you agree to follow the instructions of your leader, guides and local authorities. Please read each trip's pace rating and notes carefully.
