This policy explains how WeSellATour ("we," "us") handles personal information when you visit wesellatour.com, contact us, or travel with us. We're a small Texas-based company, and we don't sell personal information. We never have, and we don't plan to start.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you send an enquiry. When you book, we also collect details of everyone traveling, including date of birth, passport details (for flight trips), emergency contacts, dietary needs, and any health or mobility information you choose to share so we can look after you.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers on our systems.
• Technical information: like most websites, our web server logs basic details such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use these to keep the site secure and working properly.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and send you information you've asked for.
• To book and run your trip, including hotels, flights, transport, guides, park permits and entry tickets.
• To contact you or your emergency contact before or during a trip.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send occasional trip news, only if you've asked to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed, with the people who provide parts of your trip: airlines, hotels, transport operators, local guides, park and permit authorities, and insurance providers if you ask us to help with a claim. Airlines and some governments require passport data before travel. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety in an emergency. We don't share or sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

Some of these suppliers are outside the United States, and the information you provide will be handled under the laws of the country where your trip takes place.

Cookies & third-party content

This site uses a single essential session cookie to protect the contact form from spam and forgery. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash. When your browser fetches these, those services receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for seven years for tax and legal reasons, after which they're securely deleted. Health information is deleted within 90 days after your trip ends unless there's an incident we need to keep records of.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where we don't need to keep it for legal reasons), or stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws, you may have additional rights. To use any of them, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access limited to staff who need it, and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously, and we'll tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them online. Information about minors traveling with a parent or guardian is provided by, and managed with, that adult.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll tell travelers with active bookings by email.
